As we are already observing, and have been for several decades, our world is facing new challenges related to the environment and our societal model.

Indeed, we must face the new challenges of this century, including climate change, ecological footprint, resource use, equity and wealth distribution, socio-economics and many others…

De facto, companies are also concerned by these new challenges and must face them by adapting and taking the right measures through Corporate Social Responsibility.

Today, CSR practices are more and more integrated into the strategy and performance of companies in response to 2 needs:

  • The first need is to respond effectively to environmental and societal issues by creating new strategic opportunities for the company; The second is a need for commitment, motivation, autonomy and a search for meaning expressed by the company’s employees around these issues.
  •

This is why, in the following infographics, we are going to approach a new organizational mode of companies: intrapreneurship and its 4 key pillars.

⚠️ Let’s understand, intrapreneurship is not simply a managerial mode, it is up to the company to find levers to perpetuate its intrapreneurial system. But it must also find solutions to overcome the emerging rivalries between managers and intrapreneurs in this new approach.
